Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking Electromechanical Technicians to join their team.
Job Title: Electromechanical Technician
Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?- Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization of instruments.
- Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues in test equipment.
- Analyze test results and data to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failures.
- Identify defects and recommend design or process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting OR an Associate's degree in electromechanical integration or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, interpreting measurements, and understanding work instructions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
