We are seeking a Vinyl Manufacturing Specialist to support the fabrication and maintenance of our structure tent materials. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience in vinyl work is required—we will train the right candidate. • Assist in the production, cutting, and assembly of vinyl and PVC panels
• Operate industrial sewing machines, heat welders, and hand tools (training provided)
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Work safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Industrial sewing experience is a plus, but not required
