Our client is seeking dependable and motivated assemblers to join their production team. This role involves assembling products, operating basic machinery, reading measurements, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with carpentry, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required.

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Bolt, clip, screw, cement, and otherwise fasten materials together
• Cut products and materials to precise measurements
• Inspect finished products and remove defective items as needed
• Operate machinery used in assembly and fastening processes
• Rotate between workstations based on production demands
• Read and use tape measures accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently use hands and arms to assemble and move materials
• Occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Continuously lift up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
