Set up, operate, and monitor filler machines for various dairy product lines to ensure consistent and efficient production;
Perform filler and filler line changeovers safely and efficiently, following established procedures to minimize downtime;
Monitor product weights, seals, caps, and overall packaging quality, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications;
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate equipment issues to maintain continuous operation and reduce production interruptions;
Collect product samples for quality assurance testing in accordance with quality control protocols
