Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with 1-3 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation efforts across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print platforms.
- Create, edit, and schedule content for social media accounts and marketing communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate marketing projects, events, and promotional activities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update company websites, social media profiles, and customer databases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage marketing calendars and assist with administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic marketing analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content scheduling platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing software.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
