Marketing Specialist

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Marketing Specialist for an Onsite position with a Leading Life Sciences Company located in Waltham, MA, Carlsbad, CA, or Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a marketing professional to support key initiatives focused on demand generation and commercial growth. This individual will partner with the marketing and commercial teams to execute lead-generation programs, including campaign coordination, lead capture and follow-up activities, and tracking program effectiveness.

The role also involves supporting trade shows and providing day-to-day support for global campaign management initiatives. Responsibilities:
Execute lead-generation programs, including campaign coordination, lead capture, and follow-up Track program effectiveness and report on performance Support trade shows and industry events, including logistics, marketing materials, and communications Provide day-to-day support for Global Campaign Management (GCM) initiatives Develop and update campaign materials Coordinate with internal and external partners and maintain project timelines Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Requirements:
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Desired skills:
