Trade Show Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Trade Show Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Trade Show Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Trade Show and Event Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Pay Rate:$45/hr on W2
Contract
: 6 Months

• Coordinate and support logistics for trade shows and industry events to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in developing and updating marketing materials for events and campaigns.
• Manage lead capture activities and follow-up processes to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Support pre- and post-event communications to enhance brand visibility and relationship building.
• Contribute to global campaign management efforts by coordinating across channels, stakeholders, and timelines.

• AS or BS in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management and marketing event coordination, with previous experience supporting trade shows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to develop and update marketing collateral and manage project timelines effectively.
