Position: Faith-based Executive Director

* ** What this job entails:*
* + Lead the  
** Frederick Rescue Mission
** which is a high-performing community nonprofit with a dedicated and supportive staff and Board of Directors

+ Oversee significant operations which include staff, numerous programs and locations, multiple buildings/facilities

+  
** Oversee programs that serve the most vulnerable members of our population including the hungry, the poor, the homeless, the addicted, and abused*
* + Build strong  
** collaborative relationships
** with community leaders, faith leaders, donors, and other nonprofit leaders in the community

+ Be willing to  
** fundraise
* * for FRM and be open to asking for significant financial gifts from community donors

+ Use your strong  
** business skills
** to oversee finances and daily operations, motivate and lead staff, develop strategic plans to grow the organization

+  
** Be Christ-centered, business competent, and mission driven to serve those in need*
* ** What strongest candidates will have:*
* + Five to ten years in an  
** executive leadership
** role

+ Four-year degree or higher education level (preferred)

+  
** Be an authentic Christian*
* + Have experience leading a similar-sized  
** 501c3 nonprofit
** organization
