NAPAWF is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to grow its donor base by expanding grassroots and mid-level supporters. The role will lead campaigns to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors up to $1,000 annually through digital, direct mail, and engagement initiatives, building a sustainable donor pipeline for future major gifts.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, strong donor communications skills, and experience with donor databases (Every Action preferred).
