Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health status and establish care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care and maintain accurate health records
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Monitor and manage intravenous (IV) therapy and patient comfort

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
