Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

• Administer nursing care to medically fragile children and adults
• Diagnose and establish treatment plans for children and adults
• Monitor and report changes in symptoms or behavior of children and adults
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding care parameters
• Educate colleagues about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Participate in conference sessions
• Utilize electronic medical records

• Rate is based on Skill Competence Review Check; this check determines your level of practice and PDN case/assignment
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software, electronic capture and equipment (tablet apps)
• Ability to build rapport with staff, children and adults, and team members
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Typing skills
• Current, unrestricted, and verifiable license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric and adult direct patient care within the last two years
• Current malpractice insurance certificate
• Ability to meet physical requirements and demands of the position
