We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in a Family Center unit specializing in couplet care, newborn assessment services, and antepartum patient services. The LDRP Nurse will care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients, perform newborn assessments and antepartum care, support lactation and breastfeeding, conduct fetal monitoring, manage patient care plans, and assist with circumcision care and post‑operative assessments.

• Provide care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients.
• Perform newborn assessments and antepartum patient care.
• Support lactation and breastfeeding for new mothers.
• Conduct active fetal monitoring and manage patient care plans.
• Assist with circumcision care and post‑operative assessments.

• 3 years of current LDRP acute care experience required; antepartum and fetal monitoring experience preferred.
• Active C-EFM certification required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• Current Maryland/Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Travel experience required.
