Job Summary

Simpson is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN or BSN) to join our dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing Senior Living facility. The RN will deliver compassionate, competent nursing care to elderly residents with various health needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being while promoting safety and comfort throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and wound management.
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, develop care plans, and execute interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Educate patients and families about health status and post‑discharge care.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required.
  • Previous experience in geriatric nursing is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to high‑quality care to seniors.
