Trueman Pointe, a skilled nursing facility located in Hilliard, OH, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Unit Manager to assist the DON in leading the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily.

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implement nursing services, objectives and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Ability to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
