  Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, and limited weekends
• Clinics closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter, with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July

• Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up
• Perform minor office procedures, including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual exams
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and appropriate state license
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
• Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices, including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
• Respect and autonomy in decision‑making
• Team‑based approach to patient care
• ACLS/BLS certifications (training will be provided if needed)

Hourly Rate or Salary Range: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP): $55.00 – $84.00 per hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
