Overview
Ro Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing support to students in Prince George’s County Public Schools.

Paid Pediatric Training | Supportive Clinical Team | School-Based Schedule
Responsibilities- Provide nursing support to students in Prince George’s County Public Schools.
- Participate in paid pediatric training and hands-on clinical support so you feel confident caring for students with medical needs.
- Be supported by experienced clinical supervisors and a responsive care team available 24/7.
- Work in a daytime schedule with a meaningful role in a supportive clinical environment.
- Paid Pediatric Training
- Hands-on training and certification in pediatric specialty care including tracheostomy care, G-tubes, seizure protocols, diabetes management, and catheterization.

- Full-Time: 30–35 hours per week;
Typical hours: 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm - Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week;
Typical hours: 8am–12pm - PRN / Standby:
Begin onboarding immediately and be first in line when school nursing placements open.
- Active Maryland LPN license (or multi-state compact license)
- Minimum 2 years of applied LPN experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current negative TB test
- Reliable transportation within Prince George’s County and surrounding areas
No pediatric specialty experience required; paid training is provided.
- During onboarding, LPNs receive training in:
- Seizure precautions
- G-tube / MIC-KEY tube care
- Tracheostomy care
- Diabetes management
- Straight and Foley catheterization
- Medication administration
- Care-plan documentation
All training is led by Ro Health clinical supervisors to ensure nurses feel confident and supported.
