Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Dunkirk, MD
Seeking a compassionate, efficient Family Nurse Practitioner to provide acute care in a fast‑paced urgent care environment.

- Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, and limited weekends.
- Clinics closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July.
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match – up to 4%
- Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members.

- AI transcription for charting.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
- Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments.
- Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual.
- Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.
- 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner required.
- Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards.
- Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications.
- Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals.
- Respect and autonomy in decision‑making.
- Team‑based approach to patient care.
- ACLS/BLS certifications.
Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $84.00 per hour (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
