• Experience in Mother/Baby or comparable LDRP setting
• Valid RN license; willingness to obtain Maryland licensure

• Provide specialized care to patients in labor and postpartum units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes.
• Advocate for optimal patient experience and support recovery, safety, and continuity of care.
