Night Shift: 3x12‑Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

The Labor & Delivery unit provides comprehensive obstetric care for patients who are 20+ weeks pregnant and up to 6 weeks postpartum. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility includes 14 Labor & Delivery rooms, an OB Triage unit, OB ORs, and an OB PACU, designed for comfort and family‑centered care.

• Provide nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with active fetal monitoring techniques.
• Assist in labor management and provide guidance to families throughout the birthing process.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Circulate during C‑sections and assist with other surgical procedures as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Must possess active Maryland/Compact RN license.
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NRP, C‑EFM preferred (or AWHONN Intermediate accepted but must obtain C‑EFM if contract extensions exceed 1 year).
• OB Triage experience required.
