If you’re looking for a place where your clinical judgment is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference, we’d love to talk.
Join your close-knit team of 24 physicians and 18 APPs at Frederick Health Hospital. We prioritize the longevity of our clinicians and provide comprehensive ancillary services in the ED, including peer recovery, ED pharmacists, crisis intervention, social work, goals of care hospice, and case management. For those who like to teach, we work with PA students from Shenandoah, Frostburg, and other local programs.
Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department’s performance, supported by Sound’s leadership‑development tools.
