Psychiatric Care & Support
Blackbird Health is a clinician‑founded, owned, and operated organization dedicated to providing the best care for children.
We deliver virtual and in‑person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, and we are expanding into new markets in 2026. We adopt a whole‑child approach, addressing the brain, body, and behavior to tackle root causes rather than just symptoms.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2‑26) and their caregivers. You will build meaningful therapeutic relationships, educate families, and provide ongoing support to ensure patient engagement and safety.
