Clinical/Field Experience Staff, Nursing

$63.30 - $71.28 hourly

Support

The Nursing Clinical/Field Experience Staff works as a member of an instructional team of full-time and part-time colleagues in the Nursing Department, to deliver high quality instruction to students. This position is responsible and accountable for evaluating the student in the clinical and/or laboratory setting and monitoring performance goals.

• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Maryland
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Successful clinical experience in the area of specialty
• Clear background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting if required by clinical site assignment

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Teaching experience in nursing education
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace

Varying shifts based on clinical assignment – day, evening and weekend options.
