Frostburg Rehab Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Nursing Service Department, directing operations, policy development, and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
The DON will supervise nursing staff, interview and onboard team members, and collaborate with physicians and executives to ensure high-quality resident care and continuous quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role.
