Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetics Requirements & Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted nurse practitioner license (FNP or ANP)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in aesthetics or a Med Spa setting
  • Proven hands-on experience with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse), and laser/energy-based devices
  • Strong facial anatomy knowledge and aesthetic assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Professional, polished demeanor with a commitment to luxury patient service
Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetics Preferred Background & Skills
  • Familiarity with Morpheus8, BBL, IPL, Halo, Cool Sculpting, Hydrafacial, or similar technologies
  • Experience with regenerative treatments (PRP/PRF, exosomes)
  • Advanced training or certifications in aesthetics
  • Existing Med Spa patient following
Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetics Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Perform injectable procedures (neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulators) with precision and care
  • Administer laser treatments for skin resurfacing, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and hair removal
  • Deliver or assist with microneedling, PRP/PRF therapies, chemical peels, and other advanced treatments
  • Educate patients on procedures, expected results, risks, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Foster long-term relationships by providing a luxury patient experience
  • Stay informed on the latest aesthetic innovations and collaborate with clinical staff for exceptional outcomes
