LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Day Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing compassionate and professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and maintaining accurate records.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved techniques.
• Delegate and oversee daily care duties of nursing assistants and hospitality aides.
• Participate in care planning and evaluate residents' physical and psychological needs.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and physician visits.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and personnel information.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Strong judgment, initiative, dependability, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with residents.
