Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

$2325.60/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide exceptional obstetric care in a dynamic hospital setting. The role involves managing patients from 20 weeks gestation through postpartum, ensuring safety, comfort, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric nursing care to patients from labor through postpartum.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and conduct assessments using electronic fetal monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license required at submission.
• Minimum of 3 years of current Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• OB Triage experience required.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Active fetal monitoring certification, with C-EFM preferred, or AWHONN Intermediate accepted.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
