Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Location: Frederick, MD

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2130.52 - 2237.05

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (D/N, Rotating holidays & weekends)

Contract Length: Longer assignments through January 9, 2027, are available but not required!!

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of current, strong Labor & Delivery RN experience OB Triage experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM preferred, or AWHONN Intermediate is accepted but C-EFM must be obtained if contract extensions meet or exceed 1 year from initial contract start date

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care for patients from 20 weeks gestation through 6 weeks postpartum.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in newly expanded Labor & Delivery rooms to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Monitor fetal well-being using active fetal monitoring certification.
• Support unit operations during night shifts, including managing emergency situations and patient needs.
