Reporting to senior nursing and hospital leadership, the Nurse Executive Director of Critical Care will receive executive‑level support while directing ICU strategy, staffing, budgets, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, patient experience, and professional nursing practice. The Critical Care Executive Director will collaborate closely with friendly nurses, physician leaders, advanced practice providers, educators, pharmacists, therapists, case managers, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
