You will practice comprehensive small animal medicine utilizing a full range of services that extend from essential Wellness and Prevention to advanced care. Our capabilities include extensive Testing and Diagnostics, comprehensive Surgical Procedures, and critical Urgent Care services supported by our ability to offer Same Day Appointments. 🔍 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technical Team Lead (VA or RVT) who leads by example and helps guide the daily flow of the hospital. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and keeping the hospital running smoothly while still remaining hands-on clinically.

In this position, you’ll function as a clinical floater and “air traffic controller” , stepping in where needed to support patient care, staff, and workflow efficiency.
