RLS is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our Frederick team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands‑on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage projects and crews efficiently. The Landscape Foreman will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

• Supervise, train, and lead landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
• Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates.
• Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Assist with estimating labor and materials for projects.
• Report progress and issues to management promptly.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on landscaping experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and general landscaping practices.
• Ability to read plans, execute projects efficiently, and troubleshoot on‑site issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
