- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, review workflows, and deliverable checklists supporting task order execution.
- Review management and technical deliverables for completeness, consistency, formatting, traceability, and alignment to contract requirements prior to submission.
- Support quality oversight for reports, dashboards, SOPs, risk registers, RMF artifacts, vulnerability reports, incident response documentation, and other contract outputs.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager and task leads to track deliverable readiness, internal review cycles, comments resolution, and final quality acceptance.
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and applicable NIH, HHS, NIST, FISMA, and RMF documentation expectations.
- Identify quality issues, process gaps, recurring deficiencies or documentation inconsistencies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, review logs, and lessons‑learned documentation to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in establishing templates, style guides, and content standards for recurring program deliverables.
- Support internal audit readiness, artifact collection, and response coordination for management reviews or external assessments.
- Provide trend analysis and recommendations to improve reporting quality, process discipline, and deliverable consistency across the program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Technical Writing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, compliance review, or document/process control supporting federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
- Experience reviewing complex management or technical deliverables for compliance, quality, and contractual alignment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables and review cycles under deadline.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to apply structured quality standards across varied document types.
- Working knowledge of federal program documentation practices and quality controls.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams and program leadership.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience supporting HHS, NIH, or other federal civilian health IT or cybersecurity contracts.
- Familiarity with RMF, FISMA, POA&M documentation, vulnerability reporting, incident reporting, or audit support artifacts.
- Experience with document control, quality management systems, SharePoint, and workflow tracking tools.
- Certification in quality management, process improvement, or project management is preferred.
