We are looking for Retail Department Stock Associates to join our growing retail team.

As a Retail Department Stock Associate, you will ensure the timely delivery of goods to the selling floor and establish a professional, yet personalized rapport with each customer to provide the best customer experience.

• Receive and process receipts and transfers.
• Replenish selling floor daily.
• Maintain appearance of the selling floor and stock room.
• Assist customers and sell merchandise as business dictates.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and paperwork, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain an awareness of advertised merchandise.

Successful candidates for the Retail Department Stock Associate role should have the ability and desire to actively engage customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Enjoys working with customers, is stock/sales directed and committed to excellent customer service.
• Prior stock and or selling experience preferred.
• Communication; written, verbal and by telephone with customers, co‑workers and management.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Maintain an awareness of advertised merchandise.
• Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS terminal and telxon.
• Ability to work well with the public and available to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
