Leads people leadership responsibilities including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and handling termination; manages associate development and schedule creation.;
Ensures a safe, high-quality pet parent and associate experience and handles escalations related to pet care and customer service.;
Monitors store operations, inventory levels, and adherence to policies; collaborates with leadership on events and community partnerships.;
Oversees payroll, labor budgeting, reporting, and store financial performance (P&L) to meet profitability targets.;
Maintains compliance with policies and procedures; conducts regular Walks to validate standards and manages risk.
