Job: Customer Service/Account Coordinator

Location: Frederick MD (in office)

Direct Hire placement for a Distribution Company

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Salary: $55-68K depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain in‑depth knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and deliver accurate, prompt quotes for industrial hardware and fasteners-including sourcing, pricing analysis, and lead‑time estimates
• Accurately process and track customer purchase orders
• Serve as the primary liaison for your assigned accounts, responding swiftly and accurately to inquiries and requests
• Own all account‑specific matters (pricing, delivery schedules, quality concerns) and escalate as needed
• Provide outstanding service and maintain regular communication with key clients

Qualifications

• Some sales or account management experience
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer requests
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or a comparable distribution ERP preferred
• Must pass a background check
• This is an on‑site role at our primary office location
