Product Assembler – Assembly Technician

• Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
• Use hand tools, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and troubleshoot issues to produce high‑quality finished builds.
• Work independently inside major retail stores, hitting daily productivity goals and earning commission accordingly.
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with store teams and staff.

• Mechanical aptitude; experience with tools or tinkering is a big plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Desire to earn more through performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation, willingness to travel between nearby store locations, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Pre‑employment drug screening requirement.

• Commission on every item assembled; unlimited earning potential.
• Pay range: $15.00‑$25.00 per hour (commission increases based on production).
