Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of customers and support the overall store operations.
Essential Functions- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties – handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.
- Visual acuity sufficient for viewing a computer terminal and performing visual inspection of small parts/details.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer‑service setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (base rate). The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
