Currently seeking to fill a Sundays only role (Sunday 10am-4pm).

Starting at $15 per hour plus commission.

We are seeking a passionate and fashion‑savvy individual to join our team at Terra Moda, a men’s clothing boutique in downtown Frederick. Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in fashion, particularly sustainable and luxury casual men’s fashion. You will help our customers find their perfect style while promoting brands that prioritize sustainability and equitable practices.

• Assist customers in selecting stylish, sustainable clothing options.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized fashion advice.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store, including merchandising and display setup.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• Passion for fashion and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Retail experience preferred; training will be provided.

• Monthly parking or wellness subsidy of $50.
