Vintage MC, downtown Frederick’s vintage mid-century modern furniture & home décor shop, is looking for friendly, motivated Sales Associates to join our team!
About the Role:Help customers discover unique vintage finds, assist with day-to-day store operations, and be part of a growing small business — with plenty of room to grow into more responsibility over time for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:- Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking
- Support daily store operations and help keep things running smoothly
- Learn the ins and outs of the vintage furniture business
- Sales experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Must be available weekends
- Experience with inventory management a plus
- Experience with store design and visual merchandising a plus
Part-Time: 15-30 hours/week.
Pay: $15–$17/hour to start, commensurate with experience. Bonuses. Potential for growth.
Flexible scheduling.
Paid vacation after 90 days.
