Z&G Strategic Solutions is hiring full-time Sales & Marketing Trainees to join our Frederick-based team! We specialize in face-to-face marketing campaigns inside partnered retail locations, helping nationally recognized brands connect directly with customers.

This is an entry-level opportunity that includes paid training, hands-on experience, and the chance to grow your professional skills in a team-focused environment.

• Represent national brands in a retail and event-based setting
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services
• Execute marketing and promotional campaigns with a team-focused approach

• Ability to work well in team-oriented environments
• Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is beneficial but not required
