What You’ll Do

Build relationships with prospective residents and families
Conduct community tours and presentations
Manage leads and follow-up activities
Support occupancy and sales goals
Coordinate move-ins and marketing events
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision‑making process

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Organized, motivated, and customer‑service oriented professional
Passion for serving older adults

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or consultative sales
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Proven ability to build trust and close sales in a relationship‑based environment
Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking preferred
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and community activities
Compassionate, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs)
Experience working with older adults and families
Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
Professional demeanor with a consultative sales approach
