Merchant Services Account Executive - Business Banking

Position Overview

PNC is seeking an experienced Business Banking Sales Associate in the Baltimore/NVA/DC market. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses of greater than $2million annual revenue, identifying payment solutions and expanding merchant services offerings. The position requires regular travel across the territory and is performed in an in‑office environment.

• Prospect and partner with Business Bankers and Treasury Management Officers to identify payment solutions opportunities for high‑volume clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, regularly reviewing needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding internal products, services and credit‑card processing activities.
• Manage, collect and report sales statistics, ensuring targets are met.
• Collaborate with various sales channels to facilitate the referral of leads beyond the target market.

• University or college degree, or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience.
• Minimum of 1year of professional experience in sales or a relevant enterprise banking function.
• Preferred experience in Merchant Services or Payment Processing sales.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of merchant solutions, credit‑card systems, and business banking products.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification and experience (including military service). No specific certifications or licenses are required.

$57,750.00 – $96,250.00 (may vary by location, skill, and experience). The role is incentive eligible.
