As a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for creating tailored sales strategies that meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within your portfolio and accelerate execution with cross‑functional partners. You will cultivate long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, including C‑level executives, and generate and close new sales opportunities within your assigned account base, which may include existing and new clients.
You will lead a world‑class, differentiated experience that T‑Mobile clients will want to continue growing with, position T‑Mobile product capabilities to align with and enable client business goals, manage complex contract negotiations, and close large, high‑value deals. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Sales strategy development:
Creating tailored sales strategies for each Enterprise client and accelerating execution with cross‑functional partners. - Account growth & expansion:
Curating long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, generating and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned account base, which may include existing and new clients. - Enable client satisfaction:
Leading a world‑class, differentiated experience that T‑Mobile clients will want to continue growing with. - Product capabilities consultation:
Positioning T‑Mobile product capabilities to align with and help clients enable their business goals. - Negotiation and closing:
Managing complex contract negotiations and closing large, high‑value deals with enterprise clients. - Sales reporting & forecasting:
Maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Management or related field (Preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) (Required)
- 7+ years business sales experience with an established track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation and closure within an enterprise customer base (Required)
- 5+ years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 – $305,800, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $101,700 – $183,480.
At T‑Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
