Route Service Representative Workweek

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory and work professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation regarding previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork environment.

Compensation is estimated to range between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus commissions. Compensation decisions account for skill set, experience, training, performance and business needs.
