Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will enhance the buying experience and build lasting relationships with our community in Clarksville, MD.

• Assist customers in both English and Korean throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory and promotions
• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and dealership departments
• Assist with paperwork and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in automotive sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Competitive hourly wage from $15.00 up to $50.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly (performance based)
