About PCM Services Business Development Representative (BDR)Location:

We are hiring a driven Business Development Representative to help grow our client base. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email, and networking (cold calling is a key part of this role)
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and owners
- Schedule meetings and present PCM Services’ offerings
- Support proposals, bids, and handoffs to operations teams
- Track activity in CRM and stay informed on market trends
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities
- B2B or construction-related experience is a plus
