Retail Customer Service Representative – Oakland, MD

Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Oakland, MD Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

Drive sales of Shentel Broadband service, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales goals through face-to-face and phone interactions.

• Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
• Your high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience

• Salary range $14 - $15.82 per hour base pay
• Position is commission eligible

Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission.

Work schedule:

M-F, 8a–5p with occasional overtime.
