1-3 years in healthcare sales or related field (preferred)
- Base salary from $50,000 to $62,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure for high earning potential

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies
- Educate healthcare providers on product benefits and usage
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and referral sources
- Travel within a 60-mile radius of the Frederick and Glen Burnie locations
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare sales or related healthcare roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area
- Prior experience in wound care or medical device sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic technical skills
