Job Description
Join Cintas, a growing Fortune 500 company, as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role you will support customers by delivering apparel solutions, laundry, repair, and branding services that help their teams look professional and perform their best.
Responsibilities• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your designated territory.
• Utilize the CRM system to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close new business.
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and a Contact Management System (CMS)
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably B2B
- Experience in a similar apparel or services sales role
- Competitive base salary with unlimited commission and quarterly bonus potential

Estimated total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 per year, comprising a base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, performance, and business needs.
