Position: Part-Time

The Sales Associate creates exceptional value in the lives of patients by delivering outstanding eye care right in your neighborhood. Join our team and hone your selling and consultative skills, all while helping meet team goals.

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships:

• Passion for Customer Service:
  Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy:

Pay Range: $16.07 - $22.48 per hour. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
