This position is located in Frederick or Hagerstown, Maryland.
Benefits- Competitive Compensation – The targeted 1st year annual compensation is $60,194 based on an average 45‑hour work week. This includes an hourly rate of $24.37, plus overtime. Management Trainees have an opportunity to earn up to $64,000 in their first year based on hours worked, performance, promotions, overtime, and bonuses.

- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert across neighborhoods; learn our business from day one while based in one of our branches.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team as part of a structured program.
- Receive guidance, mentoring and support, and get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
Sales‑commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential;
Customer service in a sales industry (retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center);
Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team;
Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations. - Valid driver’s license.
- Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted is preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI).
